Rooks does not provide submitted form responses or data submitted by patients or other form respondents to artificial intelligence routing providers, artificial intelligence model providers, product analytics providers, session-replay providers, artificial intelligence observability providers, payment providers, or website analytics providers.
Artificial intelligence providers may process prompts, uploaded source materials, form structure and metadata, account or workspace identifiers, agent outputs, and related technical information as necessary to provide the artificial intelligence features.
Unless Rooks expressly confirms otherwise in writing, artificial intelligence, analytics, observability, payment, and website analytics providers are not intended to receive protected health information.
Changes to This List
We may update this list as our providers change. Where required by an applicable agreement or data protection law, we will provide notice of a new subprocessor and an opportunity to object.
